Holiday
Taking time away from work is important for our good mental health and wellbeing. Holiday entitlement starts at 26 days (plus bank holidays) increasing to 31 days maximum with length of service (pro-rated based on hours of work).
Enhanced sick pay
We know there’ll be times when you can’t come to work because you’re ill. We want to support you and help you return to work as soon as you’re able. We offer enhanced pay, on a discretionary basis, over and above any entitlement to statutory sick pay. We’ll pay you up to eight weeks’ sick pay in any year if eligible.
Private healthcare
Our private healthcare scheme is with our chosen partner, Bupa. We provide private healthcare to give you peace of mind that your healthcare needs will be met when most needed.
Health cash plan
To help you cover the cost of everyday needs, we offer a health cash plan through our chosen provider, Health Shield.
Employee Assistance Programme
We all need a little support and guidance from time to time. Our Employee Assistance Programme, Bupa Healthy Minds, provides confidential help and personalised advice day or night.
Eye tests
You’re entitled to a free full eye test, every two years, if your role requires a lot of time on a computer. We’ve partnered with Specsavers and if you need special corrective glasses or lenses for regular use of computers, you’ll be entitled to a voucher to use against the cost.
