We also discovered a heart murmur but thankfully, it is not concerning and has no correlation to heart disease. What will I receive when I sign up to Kids’ Cat Sponsorship?

All Kids’ Cat Sponsors will receive fun updates about every cat who stays in the sponsor pen, as well as an exciting welcome pack that includes:

  • a personalised certificate as a thank you for caring for cats
  • a sponsorship badge to wear with pride
  • a postcard from the current cat in their sponsor pen introducing them and their likes and dislikes
  • a folder to keep the postcard safe
  • a colourful window sticker

Keeping in touch

Not only will Kids’ Cat Sponsors receive a welcome pack to start their journey, they’ll also receive updates from their sponsor centre and the cats they’re caring for throughout the year:

  • three postal newsletters a year, with updates on how they’re helping cats in our care, a folder to keep the postcard and future postcards safe
  • regular email updates about how their pen resident is getting on and when they find a new home, as well as introductions to new arrivals. These emails will be sent to an adult’s email address providing they’ve given their permission
  • access to an online portal where Kids’ Cat Sponsors can view the live webcam in their sponsored pen and see what the latest resident is getting up to. They can also read about previous sponsor cats and hear how they’ve been getting on in their new homes.
