Mostly black male cat with white whiskers, white bib and white toes, chunky build, has been around the Oxford Road / Southcroft Road area of Gosport for a few years. Residents say this cat can be aggressive towards their cats.
The cat is not neutered and efforts to scan for a microchip is work in progress as it's difficult to get close to him.
