Make a difference to cats by volunteering with our Cats Protection fundraising team.

Would you like to be part of our lively fundraising teams?

As a fundraising volunteer you will be part of a passionate local group or team made up of volunteers and employees all striving towards the common goal of helping cats in need. You will join with others to raise money and be part of a wider team that finds new and loving homes for cats in care, promotes neutering and educates others about cat welfare.

You’ll develop new skills, make new friends, and help improve the lives of cats and kittens in your local community.

Fundraising volunteer roles at Cats Protection

There are numerous fundraising volunteer roles and innovative ways to help raise funds for our cats in need.

“The more people that volunteer the better... over the last few years, I have helped at fundraising events, street collections and bag packs. The more money we raise, the more cats that get rescued and rehomed.” – Julie, Fundraising Team Leader volunteer

Will I have to raise a certain amount of money?

As a charity we rely on funds raised by our volunteers and donated by generous members of the public. Any amount of money, no matter how small, can have a positive impact. Making a difference can mean raising as little as 18p, which is enough to feed one cat in our care for a day.

How do I apply?

If you’d like to volunteer with our fundraising team, please apply online, or contact your local team to find out what opportunities they currently have.

You need to be aged 16 or over to volunteer with our fundraising team.
