Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By taking part in this event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

Standard terms and conditions

  1. The craft materials kit is supplied as described and there are no alternatives.
  2. You must be a resident of the UK to receive a craft materials kit.
  3. The craft is not a children’s toy or a cat toy.
  4. If you have cat/s, please ensure to keep all craft materials and sharp objects away from your cat/s at all times.
  5. If you have your own materials and do not wish to purchase a kit, please contact the Events team at events@cats.org.uk or call 01825 741 960.
  6. If you haven’t received your materials kit within 10 working days of signing up, please contact the Events team at events@cats.org.uk or call 01825 741 960.
  7. Your kit will be sent via a Royal Mail second class tracked service. In the event your craft kit arrives damaged, please contact the Events team immediately by emailing events@cats.org.uk with photos of your damaged kit. Cats Protection will review each incident on a case-by-case basis.
  8. In the event your craft kit was damaged by external factors such as extreme weather, Cats Protection will offer to replace the craft kit.
  9. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or provide refunds on craft materials kits once they have been sent.
  10. You are taking part in the event at your own risk, and you cannot hold Cats Protection or the craft supplier responsible for any injury, loss or harm resulting from the event.
  11. If you use a different name on Facebook to the name given on signup, please notify the Events team at events@cats.org.uk or call 01825 741 960.
  12. If you are unable to watch the craftalong live on Facebook, a YouTube link to a recording of the live stream will be provided via email after the event.
  13. During the craftalong you should follow the instruction of the tutor and behave in an acceptable and safe manner. Always follow the instructions provided to you by the tutor. Ensure to take suitable care for yourself and your clothing when handling materials.

Spring event additional terms and conditions

  1. The quilling craft is suitable for ages 12+. If you are under the age of 18, you must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and they must provide their details on your behalf on signup.
  2. The spring craftalong live stream took place on Facebook on Saturday 1 April 2023. You can watch the craftalong recording via Facebook or the YouTube link provided after signing up.

Summer event additional terms and conditions

  1. The air-dry clay craft is suitable for ages 11+. If you are under the age of 18, you must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and they must provide their details on your behalf on signup.
  2. The summer craftalong live stream took place on Facebook on Saturday 24 June 2023. You can watch the craftalong recording via Facebook or the YouTube link provided after signing up.

Autumn event additional terms and conditions

  1. The embroidery craft is suitable for ages 12+. If you are under the age of 18, you must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and they must provide their details on your behalf on signup.
  2. The autumn craftalong live stream will take place on Facebook on Saturday 16 September 2023 at 10am-12pm. You must have access to Facebook if you wish to watch the video live.
