We've teamed up with Paraffle once again to bring you a brand-new embroidery project!
Get set for an embroidery adventure with our 'stick and stitch' craft kit, filled with everything you need to create your own cat-themed designs.
Sign up for your kit and learn how to customise your favourite clothes, upcycle old garments, or make decorative pieces for your home.
And the best bit? You'll be helping cats in need just by taking part!
Please note, the live craftalong has now taken place, but you will be able to watch the video recording or follow the printed instructions.
Inside your kit you'll find all the materials you need to make 10 cute embroidery designs. No experience necessary – just your love for cats and a dash of imagination!
The live craftalong with Paraffle took place on Saturday 16 September, but you can still join in by watching a video recording.
Sign up for yourself or even gift a place to a special cat lover in your life and a kit will be delivered directly to their door.
The cost to take part includes your craft kit, access to watch the craftalong, as well as a minimum of £10 to support our vital work to help cats and kittens when they need us most.
I'm in! Get my kitYour 'stick and stitch' kit has been specially designed by Sammy from Paraffle and includes everything you need to create charming, cat-themed embroidery pieces.
Sammy founded Paraffle seven years ago while studying for a PhD. Looking for a creative outlet, she taught herself how to embroider and, shortly after, began designing her own embroidery kits.
She lives and works in Edinburgh, where all of her kits are made. In 2022, Sammy was involved with her first Craft for Cats event - and loved how interactive and enthusiastic the crafters were - so she’s delighted to be doing it again!
Just by signing up, you’ll be helping to improve the lives of cats and kittens across the UK.
A minimum of £10 goes to help the cats at a local Cats Protection branch or centre of your choice, or wherever the need is greatest.
